Date on face of coin can be seen on each end of the roll. Both sides show 1983. Both visible coins appear to be uncirculated and in beautiful condition. Roll has been handled as can be seen from the pictures. It does not appear to have ever been opened. I cannot guarantee what is inside the roll as I have not opened it.
